event.

exhibition.

Please find below the basic provisions for participating
in the expo:
|
|
Registration fee 650 EUR
Includes: accreditation of representatives (1+1 per every 4
sq. m. of reserved space), one invitation card for an
evening reception, standard information block on a company
in the catalogue and receipt of the catalogue, participation
in all exhibition events where special invitations are not
required.
|
|
Rent of exhibition area:
- COST of 1 m² of equipped exhibition area – 430 EUR
(min. 6m2)
Includes: booth construction, walls around the
periphery, carpeting, inscription on a fascia board up
to 15 characters, cleaning of stand and general
exhibition premises, night guarding.
ATTENTION! The exhibition furniture and electricity are
paid separately
- COST of 1 m² of unequipped exhibition area – 330 EUR
(min. 40 m2)
Includes: exhibition area, cleaning of general
exhibition premises, night guarding.

EXTRA CHARGES for configuration of the STAND:
- A type - one side open – no extra charges

B type – corner – 10% of the cost of the ordered
exhibition area

C type - peninsula – 15% of the cost of the ordered
exhibition area

D type – isle - 20% of the cost of the ordered
exhibition area
